All institutions accredited by SACSCOC are required to undergo a review for reaffirmation of accreditation every ten years. During the review, institutions must demonstrate compliance with all standards contained in The Principles of Accreditation by submitting a self-study report. Preparations usually take a couple of years to complete and culminate in both offsite and onsite reviews by peer evaluators.
