Under the leadership of the Assistant Provost for Faculty and Curriculum, the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Quality Improvement assists the university community with planning, assessment, and evaluation processes to support informed decision-making and continuous quality enhancement.
Mission
Institutional effectiveness is the ongoing, university-wide process of planning and
outcomes assessment to advance the institutional mission and strategic objectives.
The mission of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Quality improvement (IEQI)
is to provide leadership and assistance to support and document Radford University’s
mission-centered planning, assessment, and evaluation processes. The office works
collaboratively with administrators, faculty, and staff to promote systematic, integrated,
and evidence-based institutional planning that ensures continuous quality enhancement
of programs, services, and operations.
