About the Nov. 7 Planning Sessions
We launched the strategic planning process last month with a charge meeting and would like to solicit input from our broader Radford community at this early phase through a university-wide planning session. At these interactive sessions, committee members will initially provide a brief update on the overall strategic planning process. Employees will then have an opportunity to contribute their ideas and input on the four primary areas of the plan:
The success of the strategic planning process depends upon broad engagement of the university’s many constituencies, and we hope you will be able to participate in this important planning session — the first of several such opportunities that will be available to employees throughout the planning process. We will also solicit input from alumni and external community members through other channels.
