Drop-in workshops are held in the library's Information Literacy Centers, either ILC A or B. The instructing librarian will take attendance and email the names of participants to professors who offer extra credit.
Faculty can request a workshop to be delivered during their classtime in-person or synchronously online.
On our campus, the most commonly used style format is APA. In this workshop, you will get hands-on practice creating APA references and in-text citations, using our color-coded APA 7th guide.
We have several library workshops that are available in D2L under the Discover menu in which you may self-enroll. These workshops can be taken by anyone with access to Radford University's D2L. Learn how to self-register for our D2L workshops.
If you can not attend an in-person APA workshop, consider enrolling in our APA or Avoiding Plagiarism online workshops via Desire2Learn (D2L). These self-paced tutorials use videos and quizzes to cover the same content as the workshops, but can be taken at any time.
If you would like to schedule a workshop or have questions, please email Jennifer Resor-Whicker, Head of Research Services.
