The Radford University Libraries' e-textbook collection is the result of a collaboration
between the University bookstore, the Virtual Library of Virginia (VIVA), and the
University Libraries. These titles are requested by university faculty during the
semester, either through the bookstore or through theVIVA Faculty Textbook Portal. This portal will close on July 31, 2025, due to EBSCO deprecation/decommissioning
of their classic interface. The e-textbooks are available the following semester. As a result, their use saves
Radford students money by eliminating or lessening the need to purchase physical textbooks.
All titles in this collection are permanent - they won't disappear like some ebooks
do - and offer unlimited access.
