Human Resources

Human Resources at Radford University is committed to taking a leadership role in creating and supporting a highly productive and qualified workforce.

Radford University is transitioning from PeopleAdmin to PageUp for performance management and applicant tracking in accordance with the Commonwealth of Virginia’s contractual obligations. This transition will bring several important changes that Human Resources wants to make sure you are aware of. Please review the following key details:

May 2: All Position Description updates should be completed and approved in PeopleAdmin.
Position Description updates can still be made in PeopleAdmin after May 2, but they will need to be resubmitted in PageUp after the go-live on June 3.
May 3-June 3: Position description update/job advertisement pause.
Unless critically needed, delay updating position descriptions from May 3 to June 3. If feasible, postpone new job advertisements until June 3.
June 3: PageUp Go Live for Applicant Tracking
All new job advertisements after this date will occur in PageUp.  If feasible, postpone new job advertisements until June 3. Human Resources will re-enter open or unfilled positions and their applicants into PageUp. There may be a delay in the re-entry of all applicants for one week (June 10). Pooled or other positions that have been posted for more than six months will not be re-entered by HR. If these positions are still needed, a new request for advertisement must be submitted.
