The Payroll Department is part of the Division of Finance and Administration and reports to the Associate Vice President of Finance and University Controller. Its mission is to uphold the financial integrity of payroll disbursements for approximately 3,500 University employees each year. This is achieved through rigorous processing, auditing, and internal control procedures. The department is committed to ensuring that all University employees are paid accurately and on time, in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Radford University is required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to provide each employee with a Form W-2, detailing compensation and tax withholding for the previous year, by January 31st. In alignment with the University's transition to in-house payroll operations and in partnership with ADP, W-2 forms can now be accessed via a link in OneCampus. Simply log into OneCampus and search for 'W2.' This will direct you to ADP’s site using single sign-on for secure access. Additionally, employees will receive a physical copy of their W-2 mailed to their permanent address.

Employees can now update their Direct Deposit information directly through their Employee Dashboard on OneCampus. Directions on how to update this information can be found by searching “Employee Direct Deposit” on OneCampus and clicking the information icon in the bottom right corner of the tile. You must be signed into OneCampus to access the directions and the link.
