• Residence Halls close on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at noon
• Halls reopen Sunday, December 1, 2024 at noon

Winter Break

• Residence Halls close on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at noon
• Halls reopen on Friday, January 17, 2025 at noon

Spring Break

• Residence Halls close on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at noon
• Halls reopen Sunday, March 16, 2025 at noon

May Closing

• Residence Halls and University Apartments close Friday, May 9, 2025 at 5 p.m.
• Graduates participating in Commencement on Saturday, May 10, 2025 may remain on campus until Sunday, May 11, 2025 at noon

Housing Application Dates

Spring 2025

• Application opens October 1, 2024
• Spring application is only for new, incoming Spring students. Current residents do not need to apply.
• Room assignments and move-in information will be communicated in December

Academic Year 2025-2026

• Application opens February 1, 2025
• Covers Fall 2025–Spring 2026 housing
• Room selection dates and information will be communicated with students after applying

• Newly enrolled students will move-in on Friday, January 17, 2025
• Spring move-in information will be communicated in December
