Prepare for Quest

Schedule Academic Advising Appointment (Transfer Students Only)

Incoming transfer students and all students attending virtual Quest should plan to meet with their Academic Advisor prior to attending Quest. 

Virtual and in-person appointments are available. Schedule your appointment in our Navigate system using the instructions below: 

  1. Log in to OneCampus then search for EAB Navigate and click on the tile. (Be sure to favorite the tile for easy access later!).
  2. On your Navigate page, click the blue “Schedule an Appointment” box in the upper right corner. Tip: You can view your assigned academic advisor in the bottom right corner under Your Success Team.
  3. After clicking the blue “Schedule an Appointment" box:
    1. Under the Care Unit dropdown, select “Academic Advising Highlander Success Center”
    2. For the Location dropdown, select either Main Campus Radford or Roanoke Campus. Use the campus where you will be attending he majority or your classes.
    3. Under Appointment Service dropdown, select “New Student HSC Advising”
    4. For the Meeting Type, select if you’d like your appointment to be in-person or virtual.
    5. Pick the time that works for you then click save appointment! Tip: You will get an email confirming your appointment time, location and, for virtual meetings, the zoom information. This email will be sent to your RU email address. To access your RU email, search "Email" in OneCampus. 

If there is no time that works for your availability, please email your HSC academic advisor from Your Success Team. If no academic advisor is listed, please “Request an Appointment” using the link in Navigate.
