All on-campus student mail and courier items are delivered to the Campus Post Office. Please do not include the student's residence hall information; this can delay mail. For departmental addresses, visit the campus directory.
Radford University's on campus zip code is 24142. The zip code for all non-campus street addresses in Radford is 24141. Using the wrong zip code causes significant delays.

Every resident hall student is assigned a mailbox. It is the box holder's responsibility to check the mailbox on a regular basis. No notification will be sent for letters.
Student Packages
Resident hall students will receive an email to their Radford email when a package arrives from the Radford University Post Office. It will direct the student to go to a locker in the post office lobby (Blue or Red). Follow the instructions in the email to retrieve the package with a QR code or manually enter a pin from the email.
For packages that will not fit in the lockers the email will direct the student to the window to retrieve them with a pictured ID.
Address Changes
Mail will be forwarded for 6 months from the date we receive notice that you have moved. We will forward First-Class mail and parcels mailed through USPS. We are not allowed to forward magazines and newspapers. Packages from all other carriers (UPS, FedEx, Amazon, Ontrak, DHL, Walmart) cannot be forwarded.
We do not forward mail during spring break, fall break or between semesters if you are living on campus.
If you move off campus out of a resident hall you can update your address information on One Campus under Personal Information. If you move in apartment in Radford, your address and zip code change.
