The Division of Finance and Administration at Radford University is committed to providing superior, innovative and responsive services to the University community.
The Office of Budget and Financial Planning plans, develops, and implements the university's annual operating budget; coordinates the preparation of the State budget request process; assesses the availability of resources to implement university wide initiatives; and provides the primary support and analysis to university leadership in fiscal and budgetary policy development.
The Controller's Office ensures proper stewardship of the university's financial resources through effective policies, procedures and internal controls; adherence and compliance with regulatory federal and state requirements; and provides timely, accurate and defensible reporting that will withstand audits and provide reliable and meaningful information for decision makers.
Facilities Management serves the university community through the operation and maintenance of its facilities and grounds. Planning and Construction administers the university's capital outlay, real property, and provides services for non-capital outlay projects, meeting the renovation, new construction, planning, and real estate needs of the campus.
The Department of Human Resources provides valued human resource services (benefits administration, employment relations, training) that enable Radford University to attract, support, retain and develop the diverse talent needed to achieve and sustain the university's mission and vision.
Information Technology Services is responsible for meeting the technology needs of Radford University by providing computing and telecommunications services and support to faculty, students, and staff.
The Office of Institutional Research enhances institutional effectiveness by collecting, analyzing, maintaining, and providing data to support university decision making and planning processes along with ensuring compliance with state, federal, and other external reporting requirements.
The Department of Procurement and Contracts supports the mission of the University by contracting for and purchasing quality goods and services at competitive prices, using proper financial stewardship for payments, and providing responsive and responsible service to all university departments.
The Police Department works to ensure that the safety and well being of the campus, students, faculty, staff, and visitors are fostered and secured. Emergency Management oversees emergency operations planning and continuity of operations for the University.
University Services offices provides essential business services to the Radford University community by overseeing auxiliary operations such as Conferences Services, Postal Services, Selu Conservancy, Laundry Services, ONE Card, Vending Services and Parking Services.
