The Artis Center for Adaptive Innovation and Creativity is made possible by the generosity of Nancy and Pat Artis, along with the support of many other donors and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
It serves as the new home to Radford University’s College of Visual and Performing
Arts and provides unique learning and collaboration spaces for students in the Waldron
College of Health and Human Services and the College of Nursing.
The Artis Center features performance and exhibit areas, hands-on learning spaces;
flexible, high-tech classrooms; and interprofessional and clinical spaces; as well
as spaces that local organizations, community members and K-12 school groups can rent
for events, gatherings and performances.
