Appointments will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. All meetings will be conducted via Zoom, and the meeting link will be emailed to the alumnus prior to the meeting.

What is a "coffee chat"?
A coffee chat is an informal virtual discussion with a member of the Alumni Relations team . . . over a cup of a coffee! You will be able to share your Radford experiences, receive updates on the University and ask questions about connecting with fellow Highlanders through our Alumni Association chapters and events.
I booked a meeting. Now what?
Prior to the meeting, the Alumni Relations team member you booked with will email you a Zoom link that will include both video and phone options to participate. Please save these Zoom details and/or add them to your personal calendar. If you do not receive your Zoom link by the meeting date or need help getting ready for your Zoom meeting, please call the Office of Alumni Relations at 540-831-5248.
What if I can't stay the whole time?
Don't worry - there is no requirement to stay for the entire time slot.
Something came up. Can I cancel my meeting?
Yes. The confirmation email you receieve immediately after booking your coffee chat will include the option to cancel the meeting. But please reschedule - we would love to meet with you!
