Integrates best practice techniques in nutrition counseling and education, including professional issues for the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

The purpose of this course is to integrate theory and skills in the practice of nutrition counseling and to present principles of teaching and learning in various settings. Professional issues include inter-professional collaboration and business basics for the practicing Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
