This course provides guidance to graduating seniors in the Nutrition and Dietetics major regarding advanced study, supervised practice, credentialing and employment options.

Fundamentals of public policy and implications for nutrition and dietetics practice

Course instruction strategies may include, but will not be limited to, lecture, discussion,
class activities, videos, tutorials, guest speakers, visits to fairs (internship,
graduate school, career, employment) and/or open houses.
