Room Rates

Visit the Office of the Bursar tuition and fees page for housing and meal plan rates. Housing rates are listed on a per student, per bed basis.

Please note:

• Room rates include access to laundry at no additional cost.
•  Students automatically receive a default meal plan based on the location of their room assignment. Visit One Card's Meal Plans page for more details about meal plans.
  • Residence Hall default: Highlander Residential
  • University Apartment default: Highlander Jr.
  • Any student can upgrade to the Highlander All-Access
