Hyung Sup (Zack) Bhan is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Radford University. Prior to joining Radford, he was an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Tulane University and worked in the development banking sector in South Korea.
His research focuses on customer value, multichannel retailing, and digital platforms, using methods from causal inference and machine learning. He has published in Marketing Science and has a forthcoming article in the Journal of Advertising Research. At Tulane, he taught courses such as Marketing Research and Analytics and Data and Analysis for Marketing Decisions, and received the Dean’s Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching Award.
He earned his PhD and MBA from Northwestern University and holds a BBA from Korea University.
