Headshot of Dale Henderson
My research interests include performance management, value creation, and strategic decision making. I believe in helping all students find their strengths and leverage them to make better decisions for their firms, their families, and their communities. Great firms are led by great people, and we are developing the next generation of great people.

I believe that innovation and technology will continue to disrupt business as we know it.  Helping students learn to manage, adapt, and pivot as needed in these rapidly changing times is what makes my job fun and exciting. By challenging students to find their voice, they gain confidence and adaptability. We truly have some of the best and hard-working students on the planet and I pride myself on helping them become workforce ready.

On the flipside, I enjoy my church family and the opportunities I’m given to help others.  I love spending time gardening with my wife, growing fresh veggies and tomatoes. And in my free time, I love challenging my students to play a game of pickleball.
