I am an Assistant Professor of Management at Radford University, where I teach primarily Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management related classes. Prior to joining the Department of Management, I was an Associate Professor and area coordinator for the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program here at Radford University. 
 
My research interests are varied, often focusing on leadership and organizational culture. I have published in journals including the Journal of Business & Psychology, Work, Aging, & Retirement, Group & Organization Management, and the Leadership & Organization Development Journal. I am currently an editorial board member for the Journal of Vocational Behavior and review on an ad-hoc basis for a variety of other journals related to Organizational Behavior and Human Resources.
