Robinson is originally from South Georgia, and has both her M.S. and Ph.D. from Virginia
Tech. She has extensive retail management experience that allows her to bring real
world experiences into the classroom. For several years, she has partnered with Dr.
Farrell Doss on research that focuses on consumer perceptions and activity regarding
counterfeit luxury products.
